Patrick travels from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and is equally willing to accept speaking engagements outside America as those within it. Flights over 4 hours are generally booked as business class (as opposed to economy) unless otherwise agreed upon. Also, for events outside North and South America, arrival should be scheduled at least 1 day before the scheduled speaking time slot, allowing for a reasonable adjustment period to the local time zone.
