This conference is being hosted by the American Leaders Organization. The Customer Service Training for Higher Education Conference will be held in March at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. The SANS Cyber Guardian 2014 conference, hosted by SANS, will be held at the Sheraton Inner Harbor on South Charles Street in March. The SPIE Defense & Security conference, organized by SPIE – The international society for optics and photonics, will be held in May at the Baltimore Convention Center in downtown Baltimore.

The American Visionary Art Museum, Baltimore Museum of Art and the Walters Art Museum are fine choices, both great representatives of this tourist-friendly town. You might also want to take in the USS Constellation and other historic ships, if you find yourself in the Inner Harbor, and you should make an effort to do just that!
